The short version
No ad trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling data. We collect only what you type into a form or ask the concierge to pass on, plus the technical minimum to run the site.
The roast tool
When you paste an address, our server fetches that single public page once, measures it, and sends a trimmed copy of its visible text to an AI model (Anthropic) to write the audit. We do not store the address or the page, and the result is not saved anywhere on our side.
The AI concierge
Your messages are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. They are not stored by us. If you explicitly give your name and email and ask the concierge to pass them on, that lead is saved and emailed to us so a human can reply.
The contact form
Your name, email, message and optional business address are saved in our database and emailed to the owner through an email provider (Resend). We use them only to reply to you. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Spam and abuse protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Rate limits use a salted, one-way hash of your network address stored briefly (hours to a day) and never the address itself.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and defend against attacks under its own policies.
Your browser
We store two small things in your browser: your light/dark choice, and a flag that stops the intro animation replaying in the same session. Neither is sent to us.
